- Biometric data — facial images, liveness check signals, and face-match scores where biometric verification is enabled for your workflow.
- Compliance and screening data — AML screening inputs and results, risk scores, audit events, and case notes generated during verification.
- Technical data — IP address (hashed where applicable), device and browser information, session logs, and API usage telemetry.
How we use your data
We process personal data to:
- Deliver identity verification, document authentication, and biometric liveness checks;
- Perform AML, sanctions, PEP, and adverse-media screening on behalf of our customers;
- Operate risk orchestration, audit trails, and regulatory reporting features;
- Provide customer support, platform security, and service improvement;
- Meet legal obligations and respond to lawful requests from authorities.
When we process data on behalf of a customer, the customer is typically the data controller and VerifyCore acts as a data processor under a Data Processing Agreement.
Data retention
Retention periods are configurable per jurisdiction and customer contract. Unless a shorter or longer period is required by law or agreed in writing, VerifyCore applies a default retention window of 90 days for verification artifacts and associated personal data after a case is closed, after which data is deleted or anonymised in accordance with our retention schedule.
Your rights
Where the GDPR or equivalent laws apply, you may have the right to access, rectify, restrict, object to processing, and port your data. Under GDPR Article 17, you may request erasure of personal data where there is no compelling legitimate ground for continued processing.
To exercise your rights, contact us at info@amt-ks.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, we rely on appropriate safeguards including EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and supplementary technical and organisational measures.
